Trevosa Party

I designed flyers and social media assets for a techno party in Berlin.

About the Project

Trevosa party collective asked me to create flyers for an upcoming party. They knew my Kid Pix art and had already picked an artwork which was to be the basis of the design:

The upcoming techno party was going to be marked by goth, punk, and funky influences. After playing around with several blackletter fonts, I landed on a modern yet still very gothic cousin: Trickster by Jean-Baptiste Morizot.

Initially, the artwork's suns were supposed to be removed to give a cleaner look. I achieved this by creating a new, custom artwork with similar character. I also successfully retouched the original artwork to edit out the suns manually. In the end, the collective decided to print the flyer with the initial, original artwork.

In addition to the flyers, I also created a Facebook banner and Instagram post for promotion purposes.
